- The individual must have volunteered at least 5 hours for a specific event from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2014
- Volunteering must have taken place on their personal time.
- Volunteer hours will only be accepted if they occurred at a festival or event, hosted by a current member of Festivals & Events PEI.
If you event has not occurred yet, don’t worry! All volunteers that worked at any member events in 2014 are eligible!
A full week of events: craft/bake sale, free skate, ladies craft night, tree lighting, children’s activity night, school band concert, trivia, dance, carolling, etc., all leading up to the Islands Largest Daytime Christmas Parade on Saturday @ 1pm bringing with it the Big Guy in red from the North Pole…
Come and see a house lit up with 3 thousand + lights dancing as they are sequenced with Christmas music. Sit back in your car, tune in to 90.1 FM and listen and watch the show. From Sunday to Thursday, the show runs nightly, non-stop from 5:30pm to 10:00pm and runs until 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday.
Santa’s Angels – a 100% volunteer-based group that provides a surprise Christmas morning to families in the Charlottetown area that are not able, for one reason or another, to provide Christmas gifts and food for their children.
