Step into Harbourfront to step back in time Friday, April 13th. Harbourfront Theatre is going vintage for Rosie & the Riveters and invites you to do the same! Dress-up in your best 1940s/1950s outfits and hit the town for a great night of music with one of Canada’s most fun new bands.
Rosie & the Riveters are fiercely talented and sassy dames from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, who perform uplifting folk music with a vintage 1940s flair! Ask these spirited femmes to spin a slinky melody, roll out glinting harmonies, or hammer down a swinging beat, and you can bet what the answer is going to be: “We can do it!”. Their original songs feature sophisticated harmonies, body percussion, scintillating dance moves, humour, and just enough ooh-la-la to keep your toes tapping long after the show is over.

VaughnCo Entertainment is proud to present the ultimate Beatles vs Stones tribute show. Don’t miss the story of the infamous rivalry between the two greatest bands of the rock & roll era; it’s a thrill-ride of a show!
The show begins with The Beatles in their famous black suits, performing the songs that changed the world in so many ways. They are followed by The Rolling Stones, also in their early ‘60s “look”, and featuring Mr. Brian Jones on his famous teardrop guitar.
As the show (and historical timeline) progresses, you will witness the Beatles in their Sgt. Pepper wardrobe, the Stones in mid ‘60s psychedelic finery, and then finally the fashions of the late ‘60s and early ‘70s.
The grand finale is a mash-up of both a Beatles and a Stones hit—yet another back & forth clash of these musical titans, and culminates with a cast member asking the audience, “Well, who won tonight? Was it the Beatles or the Stones?” In the end though, it’s the audience who won, because they had such a magical experience!
If you didn’t see the Beatles & the Stones in the 1960s, here’s your 2nd chance…
Premium seating (Rows A – G): $49.00
Regular seating (Rows H – T): $45.00
