The 4th Annual North Atlantic Tionól will be held from June 8-10, 2018.
The North Atlantic Tionól is a weekend series of workshops and concerts presented by masters of the uilleann pipes, fiddle, guitar, set dancing, and bodhran from Canada, the U.S., Ireland, and the U.K.

Niki Jabbour, a well-known gardening author, will be speaking on how to extend the harvest into late fall and winter using season extenders like cold frames and mini hoop tunnels. She will also talk about the best crops to grow for the cold season. There will be a limited number of Niki’s book available for purchase for $25 (cash only). There will also be a book signing opportunity… purchase a book on site or bring one from home!
The lawns of Wyatt Heritage Properties are transformed into a Victorian style carnival featuring five cent carnival games, ten cent tea tent and tea leaf reader, clowns, petting farm, live music, arm wrestling, magic show, miniature horse rides, carnival food and more. Admission is free. The carnival is planned with all ages in mind and is the perfect place to meet old friends and make new ones.
Come join us at the 2nd Annual PEI Lobster Festival featuring special culinary host Chef Michael Smith. Free day time event at the historic Souris lighthouse from 12-4pm with fun events, demonstrations, contests and our ever popular Island Chef Lobster Roll Challenge. Along with all of this, enjoy our musical guests Michael & Shane Pendergast for some down home entertainment. Kid friendly too with a Lester the Lobster show. Going in to its 12th year, DiverseCity Charlottetown will attract more than 20,000 newcomers, visitors and islanders of all ages to Queen Street in downtown Charlottetown on Sunday, June 24th. This eagerly anticipated event is filled with delicious food, sights, sounds, and performances from the many cultures that now call PEI home.
Daytime events bring free family friendly activities, Canada day cupcakes, entertainment, inflatables (including wet ones), face painting, we present Volunteer and Citizen of the Year awards, and more. 12-4pm

Celebrate Canada’s 151st birthday in the Birthplace of Confederation! Show your Canadian pride on Sunday, July 1 in Victoria Park. Events for all ages will include a Living Flag activity, a Family Fun Zone, giveaways, and a spectacular fireworks display to cap off the celebrations. An all-day musical celebration – Coastal Vibes – will take place at the Victoria Park Cultural Pavilion featuring a talented line-up of Island musicians.
