The North Atlantic Tionól is a weekend series of workshops and concerts presented by masters of the uilleann pipes, fiddle, guitar, set dancing, and bodhran from Canada, the U.S., Ireland, and the U.K.

The Queens County Relay for Life is a community of people fighting back against cancer. The festival-like fundraising event brings together teams of family, friends and colleagues to celebrate cancer survivors, remember those we’ve lost and commit to raising funds to fight all types of cancer. Rising stars hit centre stage as the top prize winners of the PEI Provincial Music Festival join Debut Atlantic’s Award for Musical Excellence recipient, proving that the future of great music is in good hands!
Niki Jabbour, a well-known gardening author, will be speaking on how to extend the harvest into late fall and winter using season extenders like cold frames and mini hoop tunnels. She will also talk about the best crops to grow for the cold season. There will be a limited number of Niki’s book available for purchase for $25 (cash only). There will also be a book signing opportunity… purchase a book on site or bring one from home!
The lawns of Wyatt Heritage Properties are transformed into a Victorian style carnival featuring five cent carnival games, ten cent tea tent and tea leaf reader, clowns, petting farm, live music, arm wrestling, magic show, miniature horse rides, carnival food and more. Admission is free. The carnival is planned with all ages in mind and is the perfect place to meet old friends and make new ones.
Join three-time Juno nominee, arranger, painterm actress, poet, and classically trained musician, Sarah Slean and the popular ECMA-nominated Island ensemble, the Atlantic String Machine, for an incredible night of music where classical meets contemporary!
