When: Saturday, September 8th 11AM – 4PM
Where: Second Floor Confederation Court Mall
Come take part in a full day of self-care. There are few things we take more for granted than ourselves and, while how we care for ourselves differs from person to person, the importance of it is universal. On Saturday September 8th come join Passion for Impact, a volunteer group, and learn different ways to practice self-care and treat yourself to a you-day. There will be demonstrations covered throughout the day from experts in Indian head massages, meditation, nutrition and cleansing, low waste living, mediumship, energy work and embracing your own spiritual gifts.
Tickets to the event are $35 with all proceeds going towards providing a home for an impoverished family in the Dominican Republic. For more information feel free to contact Nicole at 902-314-2755 or [email protected]. You can also find us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/events/283123029097810/?ti=cl.
