Going in to its 12th year, DiverseCity Charlottetown will attract more than 20,000 newcomers, visitors and islanders of all ages to Queen Street in downtown Charlottetown on Sunday, June 24th. This eagerly anticipated event is filled with delicious food, sights, sounds, and performances from the many cultures that now call PEI home.

The « V’nez Veiller » Dinner theatre are back this year with a new play, new actors, and even more fun! The English play is called « Major Manor Mayhem » and will be presented every Tuesday Nights from July 3 to August 21. The French play, « Pi la mère marmotte », will be presented on Wednesdays and Thursdays starting on July 4 to August 23.
The tickets are $33.90 + HST for adults and $14.80 + HST for children 12 and under.

Les billets pour adultes sont vendus à 33,90 $ plus TVH et ceux pour les enfants de 12 ans et moins sont vendus à 14,80 $ plus TVH.

Wednesday July 4 – July 8th. 2018 – At the core of Points East Plein Air Festival features some of the most stunning scenery, charming villages and historic towns that Eastern PEI has to offer. Each day participants will visit a different venues setting up their easels, squeezing colors onto palettes in a celebration of the PEI landscape.
Participating artists will celebrate the landscape in paint and compete for cash awards, featuring Artists Choice, People Choice, and $1500 Grand Prize Award. Blank canvas and paper will be validated on each day’s paint-out and these paintings will be eligible for submission to the exhibition on the Montague waterfront, as well as any paintings made on any day or evening of the festival in Montague.
As well as attending the festival exhibition of completed paintings, non-participants are welcome to come along to see the artists at work at the different locations and appreciate the creative process at first hand.
