Now, we are pleased to invite you to taste the unique flavour of our giant Bluefin Tuna at the Canadian International Tuna Cup Challenge 2012. Join Chef Javier Alarco and the team from the Delta Prince Edward who have created this exclusive meal.

Menu: 

1st Course – Hawaii 
Tuna Poke, sweet soy and sesame marinated cubed raw tuna on julienne,daikon and seaweed salad

2nd Course – Peru
Tuna Ceviche, sliced raw tuna cooked with lime juice, garnished with shaved red onion and ají amarillo dots 

3rd Course – Canada 
Duet of Land & Sea, Acadian Rubbed Seared Tuna & Rossignol Red Wine Braised Boneless Chuck Flat Beef, medley of Island farmed vegetables and whipped PEI potatoes 

4th Course – Family Style Dessert
Blueberry Crumble with Myriad View Whisky Cream Sauce
